Business Development
Generate leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and site visits in Pune initially and then all over Maharashtra.
Develop new business opportunities with showrooms and corporate clients.
Promote the company’s CCTV security solutions.
Sales & Client Engagement
Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals to clients.
Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
Provide feedback to management for product positioning and pricing strategy.
Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to management.
